I’m Monique — a mother, visionary, and heart-led entrepreneur who turned pain into purpose and passion into profit.

I am from the Eastern Cape in South Africa; I locked in and dedicated my time and energy for 6 months.

I walked away from abuse, addiction, poverty, depression and anxiety. I ran out of excuses and I realized no one was coming to safe me, I had to save myself.

That is exactly what I did, and these programs made it possible. Earning multiple streams of passive income is the game changer, I was able to focus on my healing, recovery, my studies and still be present for my children because the financial burden was no longer an issue for us as a single parent household this is truly a freedom that all single mothers deserve, we already have our plates full.

With 13 years' experience in finance, 8 years in HR, and a digital marketing journey that began in 2021, I’ve walked the road from burnout to breakthrough — and now, I walk it with other women who also got tired of making excuses.

But this didn’t start as a business.

It started as healing. It was the deep, quiet decision to stop surviving and start living.

It was the fire inside me saying, “my children will inherit peace, not pain.”

That healing became the spark.

And every day, I turn that flame into impact, influence, and income — not just for me, but for every woman who sees herself in my story.

CSS and RBA is part of my success story, these communities are part of my rise, I was able to pay off all my debt, as a single mother I know the financial pressure that comes with being the sole provider. I am able to pay all my studies up front. I am busy planning my renovations on my own house and focusing on slow mornings with my daughter before school, no need for me to rush and miss out on special moments with my bubbly teenager, I get to have coffee dates and long, meaningful conversations with my older daughter, I now have the freedom to work my own hours, and from anywhere.
